hi all, i'd like some advice about how to plan my law school in order to maximize my competitiveness to work for a western firm in China ASAP after graduation.
what classes do i need to take? what should i concentrate on? what activities are important? what interships should i look for? who are the people i need to f*ck? (and what are their favourite positions?)
there have been a dearth of information on international legal careers in China in my experience (either that or i don't know where to look)
my background: poli sci/phil major, chinese born canadian citizen starting at georgetown 06, fluent mandarin (spoken. reading skills rusty but good, writing skills almost non existent) and rudimentary korean. i got some work experience and connections in the PRC.
your help will be highly appreciated.
