People say they go to a T14, T1, T2, good school, very good school, etc. etc. Why not just come out with it and say what school you go to? It pretty f'ing annoying. And to preempt the obvious question, I go to SMU.
I figure government jobs have better hours, more vacation time, and on a normal basis you are serving the public good. Whereas working in the private sector you can make loads of cash. Are these correct assumptions? What do you guys think about this?
Also while you're here, if I want to go into the public sector (working for the government) do you think SMU or Baylor would be a better choice. I'm not particularly enthused about spending the next few years in Waco.
