I'm curious about how people feel about their choices? I know I was very nervous about "making the right choice". Two years into it I feel like I chose right. But I also kinda think that if I'd chosen the other school, I'd feel the same way.
How about you guys?

Hey everyone, I know there are a few people on here that I've had many pleasant discussions with who I consider to be friends of a sort. This is for those people. For everyone else, sorry for cluttering up the board with my personal life.
I am getting married on November 1st. The other day Katie and I went to Disneyland for an engagement photo shoot (we got engaged at Disneyland). Here is the direct link to a few of those pictures, for anyone who cares.http://jollylawger.com/?p=267

For those of you interested, I got a puppy last week. Eight days before the start of Fall Semester.
So, what's the consensus here? Good call, or sure scholastic catastrophe?
pictures of my new puppy are on my blog if anyone cares.

Who plays it, who's planning on learning? Who thinks it's an outdated "good ol' boys" tradition?
I'm trying to learn to play it. I actually really enjoy it so far. I think I prefer bowling though.

Of anyone who has actually worked.... has anyone had a situation involved where confidentiality issues have become more bitter than the actual substantive issues themselves?
If so.... how have you dealt with that?
I've had a friend who has had a situation come up that they haven't known how to adequately deal with, and I'd like to be there to help, without trying to cross any ethical lines.
As students, how have you dealt with that transition, from open book to cypher?

I tried this in the Jobs section, but no one replied.
I'm in San Diego right now, and like it well enough. But I'm really interested in the Portland area. I've done some internet research into the firms there, and live what I've read so far. But I'd really like some personal info.
C'mon, I make the lame jokes, you guys give me good career advice. That's like the unspoken law of LSD.

Lately I've been thinking about Portland.
Who knows stuff about Portland? What's the market like up there?

This case is why I believe in the death penalty (albeit grudgingly).
If you haven't been following this thing, hit up google, or click my link below, either way. I'd like to know how other law students feel about this stuff.
I generally don't like the death penalty. But there are some people who commit such heinous acts of pure evil, that I believe the death penalty is appropriate.
