Where should I go next fall? / Part-time versus Full Time« on: February 22, 2008, 09:11:28 PM »
I currently heard from a school that put me on a waitlist that I was admitted into their part-time program. Right now I am admitted at two Tier 4 schools, and this school is a Tier 3. After the first year I am able to become fulltime or stay part-time. Is this a risk, or should I see it as a great opportunity?
Also, if I wanted to transfer after the first year would a part-time program make it more difficult? Anyone with any experience or advice please post. Thanks! 3

I just got an email from Suffolk regarding financial aid. I have not heard a decision from Suffolk, so did this email go out to everyone?

I am currently accepted at FCSL and Hamline and torn between the decision. The schools I really want to get into- WVU, U Maine, and Marquette- I am waitlisted at. So, I have to make a deposit at FCSL or Hamline coming up here. I would really like some input on any aspect of both schools. I am from MN and one attractive bit about FCSL is that it ISN'T in MN. Also, is it REALLY that hard to go to a school in FL then find a job back in the midwest? If I did well at one of the two schools is it (again) REALLY that hard to transfer to a T3 or top 100 school?
Any input is great, though I am aware that both are T4 schools and there is nothing I can do about it. FCSL gave me a scholarship, Hamline did not. 5
