When should I contact attorneys to thank them after callback interview? By email or snail mail? Any other tips about my thank you note? Thanks a lot and good luck guys.

I just bought a black Macbook and I am in love with it. A month ago I was the biggest Windows person on the planet but now I am sure I will never go back barring a miracle. I am very big on electronics reviews and the macbook got perfect reviews from every organization and individual that encountered them.
Now, onto business. Has anyone put Windows XP on their Apple through bootcamp? How many gb's do you advise allocating to each operating system? Has anyone encountered any problems or setbacks with bootcamp and Windows? 4

I am looking for a laptop that still runs Windows XP and I want to convince myself to buy a Lenovo T61 but there is a problem. Virtually every review on every site is terrible for this product. The average rating is typically 1 out of 5 stars. People complain of the cheap plastic outside, poor screen, the "blue screen of death" right out of the box, poor customer service, and much more. I am having a hard time finding even one positive review for every 5 or 6 bad ones. Everyone hates it. It seems like every LSDer loves to brag about this product but after reading 100 reviews, I don't even want to be in the same room as one of these things. Looks like Apple + bootcamp for me.

Has anyone put Windows XP on their Apple through Bootcamp?
Does this slow down your computer? Does it make the Apple susceptible to Windows-type Spyware/Viruses? What are your experiences? 6

I have a Sony Vaio in mind and I can get $300 off any laptop in the store because of a sale at my Sony store. I was going to wait until school started to buy a laptop but I have never seen a promotion like this before and feel compelled to take advantage.
Side note: My law school does not cater to MAC users. My question is this: Does anyone know of any kind of new technology or features that will be out in 3-4 months for PC's that would make it worth waiting. I would hate to be without an important feature or two that I would've had if I waited. Any disadvantage to buying now? Thanks. 7

Do all books by Republicans contain a ginormous conservative bias? I don't mind if you worship Bush and are obsessed with your religion but bashing the left on every fifth page is just foolish. I am going to quickly finish this and return it out of spite.

Does anyone with a 15inch screen wish they had more desk space that a 13 would offer? Anyone have a 13 and wish they had bigger for easier typing? I've never owned a laptop so I need help. 9
