Would it be incorrect to assume many schools have the client counseling competition as a part of their Society of Advocates programs? Anyone out there who has competed and/or done well in this competition? The competition seems rather ambiguous at the moment, and any insight into your past experiences is much appreciated!

In the opinion in the minds of such masters as yourselves, is there a realistic chance of transferring from UNLV to UCLA, Hastings, or USC? Top 15% ? Top 10%? Top 5%?

When USNWR came out this year, it had the tier 3 schools ranked. When I look now, it is done alphabetically. Does anyone have a link for the ranked version? Thanks!!

I understand that when transferring from school to school, grades will not be transferred. My question is, how is a transfer student incorporated into the new school class rank? Can a student who started at the school during 2L actually graduate with honors? top 10%? Number 1 in class?

This is at least mildly ignorant, but here goes:
Is there any reasonable way to see things like: Lawyers in Boston from Quinnipiac, Lawyers in Las Vegas from Northeastern, etc. Do schools offer this sort of information, or is it best to do a firm-by-firm search. The latter seems a bit arduous, but what isn't at this point? Thanks so much in advance for any help you provide!

So this has been nagging at me forever (at least 2 days), and I would like some advice from any of you wise folks willing to participate. I got accepted to Northeastern (one of my TOP choices) with no money. I also got accepted to Quinnipiac with 25k/year (100% retention on top 1/3, 80% retention on top 1/2). I am from Vegas, and the thought of practicing on the East coast is very exciting to me. Boston seems like a good fit, but the $$$$ I will owe at the end is very scary. Any suggestions or opinions? I am still waiting on Suffolk, but I don't see them swooping in on a white horse with cash strapped on both sides for me. Help!

So, I was sitting in class today when my phone started to silently ring. It was Northeastern calling, and I couldn't get out of class to answer it. It was the director of communications office calling, and they didn't leave a message! What are the chances this was an acceptance/rejection? I will call tomorrow to harass them, but I'm dying for insight anyone can provide.

So I have been in mental anguish over the last month trying to figure out a way to hit a home-run with this personal statement, and I think I finally settled on something. It is less WOW, and more straight forward than my previous attempts. I am a 2.5 gpa (3.7 the last 5 semesters), and 161 lsat, so I needed to find a way to incorporate my upward trend without sounding whiny. Did I accomplish that? Please give me your input! Thanks so much in advance.
