Choosing the Right Law School / UNLV vs Rutgers-Camden vs LSU?
« on: March 17, 2009, 10:21:25 AM »
Hi All,

Been accepted to Rutgers-Camden, LSU, and UNLV, each with a scholarship so that tuition costs are practically the same across all. For background, I'm an east coaster, but could see myself living in Vegas for quite a while post-graduation, and potentially Baton Rouge too. Would definitely live in the schools location for at least a few years post-grad, but probably coming back to the east coast/mid-atlantic/new england area eventually.

I have my own list of pros and cons for each school, but would love to hear what you guys think of these three choices. Where would you pick and why?

Thanks! longer a "hopeful"...I'll be a 1L somewhere in 09!

Visits, Admit Days, and Open Houses / Hamline??
« on: December 12, 2007, 02:34:10 PM »
I'm just starting my law school search (have a lot to catch up on  :o) and wanted to see if there are opinions out there on Hamline Law School in MN. I know it's a T4 school - and was surprised to see it Ranked 3rd in the Nation (USNews) in Conflict Resolution!

Anyone know anything about their Conflict Resolution curriculum and the general perception of it? I ask because this is the direction that I'm interested. After school I would likely come back to the Northeast to practice. Thanks for the input!
