Studying and Exam Taking / A Plaintiff v. Defendent Outline for Torts?« on: September 04, 2008, 05:54:33 PM »
I am taking Torts now, and I thought that it would be a good idea to make an outline organized by Plaintiff v. Defendent for the final. Had anyone,taken this route and been successful at it? If so, do you have any suggestions as to this approach?

Any thoughts? The professor for the criminal law class that I taking focuses soley on the model penal code on the final exam. The textbook I am using is Crim Law and its Processes, and the professor acknowledges that it's the toughest casebook out there.

Law School Applications / Question on the Lenovo Warranty« on: April 24, 2008, 04:14:39 AM »
So, I decided to dish out the extra bucks and purchase the X61. Now, which warranty should I get? There are too many, and I am not the most knowledgable person when it comes to computers.
Also, one other concern I have is that this company is website based only, and so doesn't it get expensive to ship parts or the laptop to them everytime as opposed to going directly to a store?? 7

I'm ordering an HP from online for law school. I'm not sure if 5.29 lbs will turn out to be hassle. My current laptop is so OLD that I can't compare this new with it..
