« on: April 19, 2008, 03:04:15 PM »
Okay, I've seen a lot of threads with people asking to review their loci, but I'd like to know what should be said in the letter? What elements are absolutely essential ingredients for a great letter? Should I talk about why I'd like to go to the school? What else? PLEASE HELP!

Apparently Howard is one of the top schools in the nation receiving firm interviews. Notre Dame, BC, BU, Vandy and UCLA didn't recieve as many. Georgetown is #1 with 844 firm interviewing, while Howard is #15 with 454 firms interviewing. (Howard only has 450 students total) (page 22)

Studying for the LSAT / How to get past the difficult subject matter in RC
« on: November 09, 2007, 03:13:30 PM »
You know...that one passage that has a lot of technical language and makes you go "huh" after you read it? I was wondering if anyone had any tips to get past this. How can I learn to overlook the tough passages and get down to what the author is saying?

Studying for the LSAT / Logical Reasoning Bible!
« on: November 04, 2007, 05:29:19 PM »
I have been using this bible for a few days now (3-4 hours at a time) and I already feel like I've learned so much! This book is unlocking all of the LSAT secrets!

For people who have used the bibles before: How much timed test taking did you supplement your study with? How often did you take full LSATS and individual timed sections?

Thanks!  ;D

Is it a good idea to send a separate SHORT essay to each school explaining why you'd like to attend?
