Law School Discussion

This is admittedly a dumb question - but I don't want to find out later I made a stupid mistake.

Are paragraphs supposed to be indented on the PS?  I have not done this - but in a few places in my PS it is hard to tell when the next paragraph begins due to the prior sentence going to the end of the line above.  I don't have room to skip lines between paragraphs.

Does the personal statement (or any addendums also) need to have any kind of identifier on it, such as name or LSAC account number?

I don't currently have anything on mine, it just feels a little weird, kind of like submitting a paper for a course without your name on it.
