Where should I go next fall? / Things are getting complicated..« on: March 24, 2008, 01:10:31 AM »
Just got back from visiting Cardozo on Friday and was surprised by how much I liked it. I also got excited about the idea of graduating with no debt, since they offered me a full scholarship. Would I be silly to go there over GW or W&M with $$? Job prospects coming out of GW or WM still outweigh $$$$ right?

I know that there are other threads about this, but they all seem pretty old. Has anyone attempted this with any success this year? I am considering trying this with fairly large scholarships from slightly lower ranked schools to get anything at all from a higher ranked one.

LSAC and LSDAS / Transcript sent without LSAC form?« on: November 28, 2007, 10:22:07 AM »
My school's registratar, in its infinite wisdom sent my transcripts off to LSAC without the form that allows them to track it to me attached. In a fit of paranoia, I went and asked, and sure enough, the form still sits in the office.
Should I have them resend or will it still be ok? 6

Hey all..
I'm having that "holy sh*t it's almost the end of November and my apps are not yet complete" freakout. (Hoping I'm not alone..) Any idea what the process time for LOR's is now? I have some slow, busy recommenders who are asking. Sucks to go to an undergrad school that prides itself on being a law student-making machine.

I am curious about people's thoughts on applying for part time vs. full time. Is it worth starting out part time and then switching to full to go to a better school?

I have finished most of my apps and am looking to send in a few more. I want to stay on the East coast as close to NY, DC, or Boston as I can get, but at this point I am open to anything.
I have a 166 LSAT and 3.8 GPA. My current list is: American GWU Fordham George Mason Brooklyn Boston College UVA I am just having a hardtime assessing what schools I will realistically get into.. I would really appreciate any input!
