Does anyone have any thoughts on identifying yourself as an ideological minority in your personal statement, such as an atheist or a humanist?  There are published articles and polls revealing the unpopular and disadvantaged social climate atheists/humanists find themselves in, similar to perhaps gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders.  I have noticed on the LSAC website, some schools list LGBT as a positive factor in admission decision, and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to try and identify myself as an "ideological minority."

Thanks,
Jeremy

Law School Applications / lsat and gpa application recommendations
« on: July 03, 2007, 07:59:20 PM »
I got a 152 on the LSAT, with a 3.14 GPA.  What are the "best" law schools I should apply to, and how many should I apply to in each tier?

Thanks for the help
