Law Firms / Who here uses the Vault and what do you think?

I'm curious to know what people think of the Vault, their firm bios and their surveys? Does it ever influence your opinions about a firm?

Wondering how much I should let it sway me one way or the other. What other "inside source" type resources are out there?
