Where should I go next fall? / Tier 3 vs. Top 25

Huge dilemma!!! Is it worth going to a top 20 or top 25 (both with a good bit in scholarships) if my fiance is going to be 5 hours away? Or, should I just go to the tier 3 (full tuition) in the town where he is already in grad school? I do not know how feasible it is to make the drive to get to see each other very often.... :-/ I've paid the seat deposits...
