Choosing the Right Law School / Temple vs. Villanova

I am deciding between Temple and Villanova (it's a toss up right now). I am from Philly and want to practice in Philly so I know I really can't go wrong either way. Still, I would like to hear what others think on the question as it is a relatively common one in this area.
