I have talked to a lot of professors, deans, and people in the legal industry and all have them to told me that these next two years are going to be the most competitive as far as getting into law school ever.   I have thus decided to put off law school till 2011, and I suggest many of you with borderline numbers to your target schools to consider the same.  Due to the baby boomer generation, the economy, and landscape of the legal industry it is almost worthless to apply right now.  LA times has an article about it today in the business section, check it out (I couldn't find it online)

« on: December 12, 2007, 06:57:57 PM »
Im not making judgments, Im just curious to know what benefits are received to students with learning disabilities in law school, primarily in test taking. I have noticed students at my school not in class for the exam and i was told that was the reason. Again, I pass no judgments Im sure its legit, I was just curious if any of you guys knew the benefits of this?

and no im not trying to fake one at all

Still a 0L.  Dont know where Im going next year yet, but in the off chance I end up in a safety school. l I just want to ask the basic question. Whens the soonest you can fill out a transfer application (1st or second year) and which law school grades count towards it?  Is it through LSAC as well. Sorry, I searched and couldnt find the basic answers. Thanks in advance

Where should I go next fall? / Asking for more money part II
« on: March 05, 2007, 02:16:28 PM »
Email or letter?  What is the best approach from anyone's experience.  Im waiting on the schools I really want to go to (hopefully getting in  at least one....PLEASE), but in the meantime Id like to try and milk one of my safety schools in case that is my fate.  Any additional  help on this fine art would be greatly appreciated.
