Law School Applications / Would reapplying make a difference?

Deferred->DING! at H in the mail.  The frustrating part--retook LSAT (for the third time) in Feb. to try to get undeferred at H, Chicago, and Penn (and to help Columbia app., since I didn't go complete 'til mid-Feb.)  I got a 178+, which brought my average LSAT to a 172.  GPA is a 3.7+, four years "real-job" WE, went complete in mid-late November at all schools minus Columbia.  So, no, not Don Barzini'd.

Is this a case of too little too late, or will my erratic scoring yield the same results next year?  Still haven't heard from Chi, Col, Penn.

Studying for the LSAT / Three-dimensional games setup

How do you set up a game with three groups of variables?

e.g. - The PT 44 LG #3.  A groups visits five dig sites, each discovered by one of three dudes, each site dating from the 8th, 9th, or 10th century.  The order of visits matters.

I can usually hack through these w/o a 'perfect' setup, but for some reason, this'un and the one that follows it in test 44 got me stumped.

Studying for the LSAT / PT 51 ordered-not yet rec'd

I ordered PT 51 (Dec '06 test) through LSAC.org.  The site indicated it'd be available in late January.  No notice, yet, of it being available.  Is it somewhere online that I can download?  I'd like to get it before sitting for the test Saturday.

Law School Applications / Retake LSAT to get off "hold" - impact on current acceptances?

I'm considering taking the Feb. LSAT to get out of XSchool's 'deferred' pile and into the accepted pile.

I have already been accepted to a few other schools, and would be happy attending any of them.  I just want to give XSchool my best shot.

Will retaking the LSAT impact (read: cause AcceptedSchool(s) to rescind) my acceptance(s)?  Assume AcceptedSchool does NOT consider the Feb. LSAT in normal admissions.

Personal anecdotes are quite welcome.
