Has anyone been admitted or waitlisted at Duke without receiving an email? What I mean is, has anyone simply received mail notice (and nothing else) telling them that they were in?

I emailed Duke asking about the status of my application and they sent me the following email:
Thank you for checking your status via email. Your application has been evaluated and notification was mailed 4/10. Please allow up to two weeks to receive the information. We are unable to provide decision notification via phone or email. Robin Holman Assistant Director of Admissions for Operations Anyone know what this means? Is it a sign of a rejection? 10
