Studying for the LSAT / Looking to sell Powerscore books

I'm looking to sell my Powerscore Logical Reasoning Bible (I've written in it on some pages but in great condition) and my Powerscore Games Bible (Almost brand new) for a modest price.  I'm very negotiable and the early bird will get the special.  Send me a PM if you're interested.  I'm relying on the honor code, I'm just going to send it out and expect you to do your part in returning a check to me, thanks!

Which one?  I wouldn't mind living and practicing in either NYC or San Diego.  NYC is an intense super competitive legal market but more oppurtunities.  San Diego has many medium and small size firms.

Which schools are located in the best warm weather?

I hear that it doesn't get better than USD in San Diego, what about other schools?

Where should I go next fall? / NYC Housing

I'm considering some NYC schools but I am worried about the housing situation.  I hear that the NYC housing market is a jungle. For those who have experience with NYC housing, where is the best place to get a 1-Bedroom or studio apartment at an affordable price (no more than $1000 a month). I have heard that Jersey City/Hoboken is an option for affordable housing, is that true?

I need the real low down because if it's beyond my budget, I'll pass up NYC.
