My situation: I have a low GPA (2.3) from a top 20 private school, after transferring in with a 3.7 from a community college. The costs for the private was crushing (40,000+), thus I was forced into working fulltime (40+), overnight (10:00 pm-7:00 am) and was not in a situation to take the necessary loans. I have great extracurricular activities/ leadership and work experience. After graduation I worked for a private firm in China, and the House of Commons in the UK. My letters of recommendation are from alumni of the school I intend to apply (Itís a top five school). One is a Trustee of my university and the other is Professor that I did research for. I also have letters from the China and the UK. I have not taken the LSAT, but I imagine I would need damn near a perfect score to look reputable. What are my options?
