I know there are a bunch of random NYU threads, but I thought it would be nice if everyone hopped on here. Maybe that way there won't be too many threads on housing, etc.

I try not to start threads like this, but I could always use the advice. I've been accepted to both NYU and Boalt, and they're my top two choices as of now. I'm having a very difficult time deciding-NYU is ranked higher and my serious bf goes to Cardozo in NYC, but I'm from the Bay Area and I really don't care too much about getting myself into BIGlaw. I lived in Washington DC for a few months to complete an internship and I think I can deal with NY weather. If anyone has any random facts they can tell me about either school, or any advice (obviously, I'm the one who makes the decision), it would be awesome. If it helps, I'll probably go into public interest rather than corporate law, etc. Thank you

Quick question-I've been thinking about applying to Harvard but I think it's too late in the cycle with my numbers (168, 4.11). I do have some good ECs but would it be a waste of money?
And yes, I know you all hate these threads, but at least I didn't ask "What are my chances?"

I just learned recently that I'll be graduating a quarter early, but I've already submitted all of my apps and I don't know how to inform the schools I've applied to. I think I should call (or write?) LSAC to see if I can get my transcript changed, probably by submitting a new one from my university. Has anyone else encountered this situation?
