Law School Applications / Do law schools see your transcript or just the lsac report with GPA etc?

I noticed that in the report sent do law schools my transcript is not included. I'm worried b/c i double majored and took many 300-400 level classes in undergrad. (400 level classes had a mixture of grad and undergrad students). My GPA is not steller and i don't think it is fair to compare it to a GPA of someone who took a lot of entry level classes.

Studying for the LSAT / Applying now but retaking the test in February

I scored below what i thought i was going to get. I'm dead set on attending law school in the fall of 2007 and am wondering what happens if i retake the test in February though all my applications will be in by then. Do i have to tell law schools i'm retaking? I was thinking of retaking and then depending on what i get notifying the schools. I don't think i could possibly do worse than what i got already  b/c it was lower than my first practice test score (was practicing 8-11 points higher. what would happen if i do worse? i'm planning to not study too much. Maybe do one or two practice tests before hand. I was practicing consistently with a score i would like to get but think that i put too much pressure on the actual test day and that i had a really unfortunate work stress the night before. I'm just hoping if i do well that i can notify schools and give myself a better chance of getting in.

Or is it just me?

I'm fine during timed sections. Even if i do a few in a row. When i start writing a full practice test i get super anxious. What to do?

Does anyone have a good set up for this problem? It's from the February 1995 LSAT (preptest 14)

What would be a good set up for this problem:

A music store carries exactly ten types of CDs-both new and used of each of jazz, opera, pop, rap and soul. The store is having a sale on some of these types of CDs. The following conditions must apply:

Used pop is on sale; new opera is not.
If both types of pop are on sale, then all soul is.
If both types of jazz are on sale, then no rap is.
If neither type of jazz is on sale, then new pop is.
If either type of rap is on sale, then no soul is.
