What does it mean when there are numbers in parenthesis?  I.E. It will have the number of summer associates for a particular year as 10(2) for 2L's.  Does that mean these folks split the summer?  Does it mean they were 2L's but not graduating until for two more years due to being PT or getting a joint degree?

Is there somewhere to grab a pre-made outline of all the relevant provisions of the Model Penal Code and there application rather than reinventing the wheel while outlining?

I've heard that they exist, just not sure where to grab one.

Any 2L's out there struggling to get started outlining?  Exams are in 2-3 short weeks,  yet I have no motivation to get going on my outlines.

I feel like I need that pressure of the exams looming overhead just after thanksgiving to get moving.

Anyone else struggling to get moving?

What is the procedure for formally accepting an offer with a firm?  E-mail to the partner that made the offer?  Telephone call followed by an e-mail?  I figured a phone call would be more personal, but wasn't sure if something should be in writing.

How long should one wait before sending an e-mail to the recruiting staff?  I don't want to be annoying, but I am getting anxious here.

After a call back interview, generally how long does it take to hear back?  If I interviewed on Monday, what would the normal time frame be for BIGLAW?
