Studying and Exam Taking / Those who aced their 1L Exams

Hello...hope everyone is having a great semester.

I have a couple of questions for people who aced their exams in their first year. I would appreciate any input, suggestions/ advice

-How did you approach the issues in the exam? Did your notes suffice or did you have to think outside the box ?
-Regarding the outlines, did you actually get to use them during the exams, given the time limit?
-Were study groups an effective way to prepare for the exam?
-If you were to do it allover again...what changes would you make in your study / exam preparation tactics
-If you had a high LSAT score, did that score correlate to your performance in your first year?

Studying for the LSAT / Third time is the charm

So this is my story...

took LSAT last december , cancelled cos nerves and anxiety got to me

Second time in February....did not do so well and scored a waitlist at Cornell Georgetown plus some other schools. As far as I know there is no movt whatsoever on these lists ...I guess

Third time will be December 2 2007.

I am reapplying and hopefully I will hit the jackpot this time around.

Good luck to everyone taking the LSAT ...My study sessions begin next week

Wait List / Georgetown waiting list- Strategy?

I was so sure that I was an auto reject at Georgetown Law Centre. However, I got a letter informing me that I had been placed on their preferred waiting list.

What are the strategies for people who are on this list,apart from sending a LOCI?

Wait List / Need readers for letter of continued interest

I have written a letter of continued interest.  I think the letter is weak in terms of grammar and structure.  I would apprenciate it if someone looks it over and gives honest feedback, suggestion and advice. I am kinda struggling with it....

Studying for the LSAT / December LSAT Answers

To those who bombed the test. There is still the february lsat to sign up for.

Could someone please send me the December LSAT answers . I cancelled my score....would like to see what I would have got...thanks

Studying for the LSAT / February 10 study group

So after buying the LR and LG Bible and enrolling in Blue Print Classes, I was certain that the December LSAT was going to be a smooth ride. Little did I know that 4-5 hours of sleep are detrimental to your performance. I had the experimental LR Section and it was downhill from there. I looked at some of the questions in the subsequent questions and i could not comprehend them. It was like I was looking at these questions for the first time in my life. I really wanted to enroll in law school next fall. February 10 looks good to me.

I wish everyone the best!! Anyone interested in forming a february 10 study group?
