Wondering if anyone has specific info on this...obviously I was found guilty of DWI but was told it does not constitute a criminal offense...nevertheless I'm sure this is looked upon unfavorably by admission committees...does anyone have anything they can add to this or any advice for me? Thanks.

The December 2004 scale was the most lenient of the recent exams, i believe a raw score of 81 earned a 165, 87=170...is anyone familiar with the Dec '04 test, was it markedly more difficult than the June '06 test or might we get fortunate?

It would be great if people could contact admissions councils so we could actually get some kind of official word as to whether this ABA policy change will actually be instituted as early as next admissions cycle etc..
