I am a Duquesne law student with an apartment for rent. 2 bd, hardwood floors, working fireplace, antique oak mantle, equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, new carpet, central air, jacuzzi tub, large deck. 725.00 a month plus gas and electric. 10 minutes from campus in a historic neighborhood.

Um, yeah. almost all the responses on this page today are mine. Anybody else having a 2nd year moment where because all the terror is gone it's just harder to hit the books all day every day like this time last year?

Curious if any 2l's or 3l's can say if they noticed that most people's grades/ranks went up down or stayed the same after the 1st year. Did rank stay the same and gpa go up or down from what you hear on the grapevine at your school?
I hear that many who make law review are so busy that their grades suffer.
