LSAC and LSDAS / GPA question
« on: June 06, 2006, 03:15:24 PM »
I have been lurking for a few weeks while I was putting my application together. Everyone has been great about offering advice and sharing experiences. This is a great resource for everyone.
My GPA has just been calculated, and I am not too happy.
I have a 3.70 from my degree granting school. However, when my first school's grades are factored in, I have a 2.99. That's a pretty huge drop. Over 80% of my classes were taken at my degree granting instituion.
Question: Other than scoring a 180 on the lsat, what are my options now? I have pretty decent work experience and other soft factors. Are there any schools that might look more towards the upward trend?
Any advice/thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks.
