Hey everybody,
I'm actually still waiting on five more apps to come back (Arizona, Oregon, Wisconsin, Santa Clara, UNLV), but of the schools I'm in at, Toledo and Maine are at the top of my list. If I get accepted at any of the schools I'm still waiting for, I'll probably go to one of them, but seeing as how I sent in the $75 to Toledo the other day and that Maine extended their $300 deposit deadline to this Saturday for me, I think I should make a decision between these two schools in the event that I don't get in anywhere else...
So the question I pose to you is this: Which school should I go to? I'm from southern Michigan (only about 45 minutes from Toledo vs. 14 hours from Maine), so Toledo is closer. Toledo also ranks higher (T2 vs. Maine in T3). I went out and visited Maine over spring break, though, and Portland is a fantastic city that I think I might enjoy living in a bit more. Will the difference between a late T2 school and a T3 school mean that much in the realm of future employment? At any rate, I'm really crossing my fingers for either Arizona or Oregon (sometime early this week, I pray) and the ability to make the Toledo/Maine debate moot...but as it stands, I'd like to gather some opinions on either school or what you folks think I should do...thanks a ton!
