Wait List / Washington & Lee

I'm on the waitlist at Washington & Lee and planning to attend George Mason this fall.  If I eventually get in off the waitlist at W&L, should I even consider going there as I've already committed to Mason?  I feel like the difference in rank isn't a big enough factor.  Thoughts anyone?
