Ever feel like nobody respects you unless you're either 1) in law school, or 2) an attorney?

Law School Admissions / Jackin' up the GPA - a different way
« on: June 21, 2004, 06:48:00 PM »

Person A has a 3.5, he would like to have a 3.6 before applying.  He is still in his undergrad career (about to start his senior year).  He can take courses for very cheap at the local university to increase his GPA (assuming he does well).

Since the LSDAS takes all of your grades from undergrad time and puts them together, do you think this would be a viable strategy for upping the GPA? Or would the top schools look down on it? (these would all be university courses and not community college classes)
