Where should I go next fall? / Loyola (LA) v. Miami

what are your thoughts?  I sort of lump the two together in my head.  I know Loyola is ranked a little higher but from statistics I have seen they both are well respected in their regions and they both place similarly well in their regions.  However, Miami actually has the edge in median starting salary for graduates (surprising because LA is probably 1 of 2 markets that has a higher cost of living than Miami).  As far as the campuses, Loyola's pails in comparison and Miami is also in a MUCH nicer part if its respective city.  I haven't been admitted to Loyola yet, and likely will not be admitted, but I don't know if I would go to Loyola over Miami anyway.  A couple weeks ago I thought I almost definitely would but now I am just not sure...  I imagine some of you out there have this same dilemma, what are you thinking?

Acceptances / GSU or Miami???

i wanted to start a thread specifically for these 2 schools, hopefully it will garner some interest.  although i have not been accepted to gsu yet (online status checker went to "decision made" 2 days ago), i really hope i will be, but if i am i really dont know how i will decide between gsu and miami.  i definitely want to live/work in a big market and i have heard great things about both atlanta and miami.  i have also heard that miami grads do very well in miami and, likewise, gsu grads do very well in atlanta.  money is certainly a factor and i think, havent checked recently, that gsu is a fair amount cheaper than miami, even for out-of-staters... i wonder how easy it is to get residency in georgia... anyway, let me know what you think, hopefully some people out there are thinking about this too... please chime in with whatever arguments you have for either school.

Can i get the lowdown on the University of Miami School of Law?  How is the job-market in Miami?  Is it easy enough to get jobs outside Miami in, say, NYC?  How is life in Coral Gables/Miami?  Is the student body friendly or very competitive?  Diverse?  Any info you have on Miami and the school of law is much appreciated.

anyone know anything about anything about buffalo law?  i am most specifically interested in any info about job prospects but really i am interested in whatever info you got... good professors?  good nightlife?  good student body (i.e. not too cut-throat)?  really i'm interested in any information you got.  thanks.
