Law School Applications / Question about resume

One school is asking for a resume and wants the the education put in chronological order from the most recent.  After I graduate from college and took some grad courses. I took a semester off but later took a couple of classes I was personally interested in at a near by community college. It was not towards any degree, just some classes I was interested in.

Should I even include that as my most recent? Or, should I start with grad school and move down to my undergrad?

Personal Statement / is there a particular format for attachments ?

One application is asking me if I changed concentrations and if yes, add an attachment explaining why. Is there a format for this or do I just write on pages/office word explaining with a format?

LSAC and LSDAS / How do I remove a recommender?

There is one recommender that I have not been responding to my emails. I don't know if he's even in the country. He originally said he would do it but deadline is approaching and I already have gotten someone to replace him.

However, I have already assigned him. Some how do I remove him?

Personal Statement / Which Font and Size is acceptable?

I'm assuming 12 size font but is Times New Roman the standard or can I use Helvetica?

Personal Statement / Are contractions acceptable?

For instance, can I say, "I'm rather than I am?  Or, There're  instead of there are, etc., etc.?

Law School Applications / Should I list the laws schools I'm applying to?

Practically every app I filled out is asking for a list of schools applying to.

Why are they asking for this information? What are the pros and cons of listing each school?  Should I leave them blank?

Law School Applications / Good GPA, Excellent Personal Statement, but low LSAT score..

Should I apply to an ivy league law school such as Columbia or Cornell with a an LSAT score of 140 but 3.2 GPA and a great personal statement? For that matter, do I have a chance with other law schools such as NYU, Temple, etc?
