Law School Applications / UG from continuing ed program of T1 school

Does having my undergrad degree from the continuing education program of a T1 school help, hurt or not matter in applying to its law school?  I graduated cum laude with a 3.7 GPA and would really like to attend my alma mater's law school.  I'm taking the June LSAT, but don't feel too confident about a high score.  :-[

Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated.
