sooo i figure its about time to get a suit.. (i got through formals and stuff in college by borrowing from my friend who is the same height/weight and has the same ridiculously long arms).. I will probably have to interview at some point next year.. are there any particular colors that I should be getting? Also whats the difference between suits, how do you tell them apart? They all look the same to me. -Thanks

Latitude D620 v Thinkpad z61t... so if I can get them for roughly the same price (a little cheaper for Dell), roughly same components, is it a no brainer to go for the IBM because of hte qualitity/reliability.. the dell looks sooo much nicer and has gotten good reviews..

I am doing some heavy researching on laptops now as I have to buy one for school soon.. i fell in love with the new Sony SZ series laptop (the 13.3" incher that run over $2,000).. but then lookin at Dells, I can justify spending so much more money on a Sony, especially since the consensus seems to be that Sony are unreliable and reliability is gonna be key.. so can someone tell me why Dells, like the new Inspiron 1405 are so cheap (its like less than a thousand!) is there a catch? The low price makes me not wanna buy them bc I wanna go all out for a laptop.. should I go with a Thinkpad if I want reliability?

so now that I am pretty set on going to UMich, I am trying to figure out the financial stuff and its like another language to me... I need about 30K a year in alternative loans and since my mom works at Citibank I can get prime rate minus 1.5%... from the few other choices that UMich provides this seems like the best option... how does it compare to what you guys found?
Since my mom has been handling all my finances I think my credit report should be perfect if that makes a difference..

so I am beginning to think that the only schools I will be accepted to are ones that have responded by now... i want to work in new york and I am interested in intellectual property even though I do not have a hard science background.. it seems like michigan has the best reputation followed by duke and then georgetown although duke is strong for IP... I plan to visit the schools at some point.. my question is, how much of a lead should I give to Michigan on the basis of reputation... that is, how much more do you think I have to like Duke than Michigan for me to choose Duke?

Hey, is 15K a year from Fordham a lot for my numbers? Not too many people post $$ for Fordham and LSN and I am dying to hear from NYU and Columbia, so I wanna see how my soft factors measure up...
