Black Law Student Discussion Board / Firm job GPAs for URM

I'm a URM at HLS. I know that some firms have GPA cutoffs but, with HLS's new grade reform, does anyone know how firms evaluate candidates?  Is it more holistic or grade-based? Also, does anyone know, per firm, what the grade expectations are for URMs (i.e. T5 = 4Hs, T20 = 1H, etc.)?
