Transferring / Barry U. vs. Hofstra

Anyone have an opinion on whether I should consider transferring to Hofstra? I understand the reasoning regarding where I want to work but with that aside any opinions? Here are some of factors I'm considering:

Cost: Hofstra is quite a bit more
Reputation: Hofstra is more established than Barry although the NY legal market is crowded and it is closer to the bottom than top of the list of schools
Location: I'd love to live near the city although I realize Hofstra is 45 to an hour outside

St. Thomas (Florida) / Received email for Info Session and Online Chat - Am I in?

Hey all...so my status checker for St Thomas has said 'Congratulations You've been Accepted!' for almost a week and I haven't received anything in the mail....the fee portion shows a line for "Summer Conditional Fee"  so I was disappointed but then today I received two emails for invitations for an information session for admitted students and an online chat.

Does anyone have any insight into whether I'm accepted straight or through Summer Conditional? Has anyone been accepted through Summer Conditional and what does it say in the status checker for that? Thanks in advance!
