Law School Applications / Traffic Violations

I was surprised to see an instruction on GW's application to provide a detailed separate statement if you have more than two moving traffic violations on your record. How are we supposed to find out how many we've had and when they were?

The application also requires a separate statement if you've been charged with a crime including a midemeanor, unless it has been expunged. I was once charged with disorderly conduct but was acquitted. Is it necessarily expunged from my record if I was acquitted?

Where should I go next fall? / Realistic Assessment

Hi all - trying to come up with a realistic list of schools to apply to now that I have my LSAT score in. My numbers are 169/3.3. Mitigating factor on the GPA is that there's a marked improvement over the second two years - 2.9 cumulative for freshman/sophomore (at one school) and 3.7 cumulative for junior/senior (after transferring to Villanova) including 4.0 last semester. I have disciplinary infractions at the first school for which I've prepared an addendum (which also touches on the GPA issue). 2 good internships in second 2 years of school and some activities. I graduated in 08 and have been working as a paralegal at a well reputed large law firm since then. I will have excellent recommendations.

Below is my current list of schools. If you disagree with how I've categorized a particular school, please explain your reasoning.

Studying for the LSAT / Fluctuating practice test scores?

Do people often get a fair amount of fluctuation in their practice scores over the course of their test preparation? This is just out of curiosity more than anything else. I noticed not only fluctation in my scores but considerable fluctuation in my scores on the different section types. For example, on one test I might get 93% LR and 70% LG, and on the next, 80% LR and 96% LG. Below is a list of my practice test scores, in the order that I took them. Note that I already took the actual test, in September. You'll see that the difference between my highest and lowest scores in 26 points; I think the first test I took was at least partly a fluke.
