Does anyone have any experience/input with tranasactional law practice compared to litigation. I'm interested in how much research,writing etc. goes into tranactional work and any opinions on pursuing this as opposed to litigaion.

Does anyone have any experience practicing real estate law. I'm wondering if it's a good idea to get into, how it comapares to other areas in terms of stress/hours, or just any general thoughts about it. Thanks

Can someone give me a good indication of the amount of hours you spent studying a week during your 1L year. Does it get any easier after the first year? Thanks
