Reviews, Visits, and Rankings / What to wear? (total girl question...)« on: October 25, 2008, 01:39:16 PM »
I have a visit scheduled next week. It's just a tour and I'll be sitting in on a class. I won't be meeting with anyone from admissions. So... what do people wear to these visits? I'm obviously not going to wear pajamas or anything, but it doesn't seem to rise to the level of job interview attire. Is "business casual" OK?

Is there a standard or acceptable format for the personal statement? Does is require a cover page, a title, and what is the best way to format a header with your name, etc.?

I just finished my first PS. I like some feedback, hopefully from another non-trad. I've been out of college for ten years, so my focus isn't academics. I'm wondering if the topic is OK, or whether it's too specific.
Any takers?
