So I'm toying with the idea of retaking in the LSAT in December. I took the test in June did well (172), but was averaging 175-176 throughout my studying. I've already sent my applications off to schools.
I had originally swore off retaking because I am overseas for the year, and didn't want to deal with the hassle of taking the test in a foreign country. But am now reconsidering. I know my score is good and many may think I'm crazy to consider retaking. But I know I am capable of doing better, and want to put my absolute best foot forward on my applications (particularly HYS). I have pretty strong soft factors (a prestigious fellowship, two grants from the state department, and 2 yrs of solid work experience) but still get nervous about my score.
Any advice? Thoughts or experiences taking the test abroad? Anything constructive would be greatly appreciated!
