Studying for the LSAT / Analog Watch vs. Silent timer?
« on: August 10, 2008, 12:46:31 PM »
It really sucks that LSAC has eliminated silent timers. Why, I'll never understand!

What exactly is an analog watch? What does it look like and most importantly, where can I buy it? I hope I don't have to spend a lot.

I know it's a watch that isn't digital but isn't it just a regular watch?

Thanks folks.

This is primarily aimed at people taking the exam in Dec but Oct people are welcome too!

I've been a long time lurker and figured it was about time to finally register. :)

I would greatly appreciate it if you could answer these questions as I'm trying to create a schedule tailored to my needs but would like to know what other people are doing.

Sorry....I know lots of questions but answer what you can. :-*

1) When are you taking the LSAT?
2) What are your currently scoring?/What is your goal?
3) When did you start studying?
4) What is a typical week like for you? Mon-Sun? What do you do everyday (LSAT related of course!)
5) Do you take a day off completely from studying where you just do anything (ex., shop, sleep, etc.) but study?
*6) When you are studying, what sorts of things do you do? Are you doing games untimed, reading powerscore's lgb & lrb over? Doing individual sections?

7) When will you start taking timed tests?

8)Anything you'd like to add?

Thank you!
