Acceptances / Please help me make a decision.

I have been accepted to both Widener de and Touro, I know they are both TTTT but Im having a tough time deciding. Cost of living is cheaper in Delaware but I would eventually like to come back to the NY area, not to mention I would ideally like to transfer up ( I know I shouldn't count on it). Any thoughts?
