Can someone please explain to me how Clinton can claim "35 years experience?" That number seems really high for a couple reasons:
1) she was in law school for some of it. As a law student, I probably would not say this is preparing me to be president. On the other hand, I don't go to Yale either.
2) she was a corporate lawyer for some of it... and that is great, but presidential?
3) 8 of it (obviously) was spent as the first lady. I have the hardest time with this one. Is Laura Bush somehow qualified to run for president now?
What should count as relevant experience? Don't get over sensitive about this question please. Obama claims to have 20 years experience which is also specious.
