Are there any law firms that consider a bald head and a goatee to not be conservative enough? How about just the bald head and a clean shaven face?

I've seen this phrase used often, and it seems like they're used in slightly different contexts. Anybody want to shed some light here?
1. To judge
2. To encounter (as in something being brought to a court's attention)
3. To pass up (as in choosing to not encounter it)

For those who use the Farnsworth 6th Edition for K, what commercial outlines have you used? I'm looking at the Emanuel, but it doesn't seem that good for my casebook.
I do like the hornbook by Farnsworth, but would still like a good outline.
