What have you guys heard?

It's on Princeton Review's list of Most Competitive Students, but I'm pretty sure they just make stuff up.  The school is small and in the middle of nowhere, but it is attached to a kickass university.  What do people think?

Law School Applications / UMich LSAT Median
« on: November 14, 2005, 04:19:04 PM »
Someone posted earlier that the median LSAT at UMich for in-staters was 164.  I can't find that anywhere. Can anyone confirm it?

Law School Applications / Notre Dame Applicants
« on: November 10, 2005, 08:36:40 PM »
Looking through LSN, it seems like Notre Dame is a little weird with its admissions.  They seem to snub a lot of people with high numbers.  Not just yield protecting either... these people's numbers are not THAT high.  Any thoughts?

I'm thinking about throwing my hat in at ND, but this makes it seem like less of a "safety."

I'm not applying to Chicago becuase there's no way I'm sitting in class until June.  I mean, are these people still living in the 1960s?

Who's with me?

Law School Applications / Generous Merit Awards
« on: November 07, 2005, 11:11:08 PM »
I've noticed there are some schools with a reputation for giving out good merit-based financial aid.  Any thoughts?

I've heard BU gives out good money.
Judging from LSN, Baylor looks Generous
As does WUSTL

This would be an interesting thread to keep updating as the cycle goes on.
