Professor Rhodes is visiting at my school this semester teaching this class and was wondering if anyone at Loyola had access to old tests or outlines. Thanks.

So I busted my ass and finished in the top 1% of my class at a T4, and I am applying to transfer to a high T2 which is not transfer friendly (receive about 40-50 transfer apps, take around 4-5 students). I want the best chance possible so I contacted the admissions office and setup a meeting next week since it has been recommended to visit schools that someone wants to transfer to. WTF do I do at the meeting? Just ask questions that I already know the answer to? Beg them to let me in? Should I bring knee pads and KY?
I read all these fairy tale stories on here about the person with the 2.0 GPA first semester who made straight A's the rest of law school. Anyone have an opposite story, did anyone do really well first semester and then do horrible the next semester. I'm starting to get sick of all the people at my school saying how if you made dean's list this time that you probably won't next semester because it switches around, blah blah. Are they just making themselves feels better or is there some truth to it? I can't decide if the people who did poor last semester are going to give up and slack off or really pump it up making it harder for me to stay at the top of the class. Comments?
How long does it generally take to hear back from Judges/ Firms after you send out your resume, either positive or negative. I am not sure if I should go ahead and turn in my application to McDonalds for the summer yet or wait it out a little longer.
