Currently Int. App. Ct. I interviewed with a few large firms over past month haven't heard anything. Format was "call-back" style. I have a few questions, first, any truth to the notion that if an offer doesn't come right away, like withing a week or two, that you're a reject? Anyone ever heard of an offer coming weeks or even months after? Also, I know this is rediculous, but, do firm offers always come by phone? Any particular time of day?

I just had my first OCI today, can anyone tell me what to expect next, what exactly is a "call back," is it typical to get an offer by phone, etc.

ok i have been playing around with MSWORD all day trying to figure out how to do this. Someone please help me! Ok, here is the problem...Lets say your writing an App. Brief, you have your sections (ie. q's presented, table of contents, table of authorities, and then your argument section. you want your first five pages with roman numerals in the footer, but then you want your argument section to start with page 1 in standard numerical format. So how do you get WORD to do the first 5 pages in i,ii,iii, iv, v, and then have the argument start with page 1?? Please dont tell me to create 2 different word docs, it must be one complete doc. Please someone help me!!!!

Husband conveys: To Wife for life, then to A,B,C, but if any children smoke crack, then that childs share shall pass to his/her children in fee, and if he/she has no children, then to that child's siblings so alive.
What interests are created?

I have a question, why buy casebooks? Why not just get the assigned cases from lexis-nexis and not waste money on books? Any comments?
