Have some of these policies changed? I checked Loyola's website and they stste that multiple LSAT scored will be averaged.

The Law School Admission Test is required of all applicants to the law school. The test is administered four times a year - February, June, October, and December. For Fall 2007 applicants, we will only take into consideration LSAT scores from the June 2002 administration and later. Multiple LSAT scores will be averaged."

Can anyone confirm this?

On thing I want to point out for those of you concerned about Chapman's rank . . . there are plenty of big and medium sized law firms (like mine) in Orange County that recruit nearly exclusively from local 3rd and 4th tier schools. If working in OC is your plan, you can't go wrong with Chapman.

Hey Scurvy, wow I didn't know that.If what you're saying is true, that would be awesome. What firms in OC are you talking about?  I was thinking about possibly going to Chapman, but wasn't sure about the job prospects.  Could you give me some more information on this?   

The USD policy is changing "after September 1st of this year" (as quoted from the admissions office). So, it will effect any applicant applying this year for Fall 06' admission. I know, bummer...I had a terrible first LSAT score and plan to retake in October. USD is one of my top choices.

Yeah, I'm with you on that one.  I was hoping that USD would be easier to get in because Loyola averages their lsat scores.  I had a really bad score too.  Oh well... that sucks
