yes, i have to move to newark. I really am not basing this decision on the tier issue, but I liked the school sooo much that I just really want to go through with it. :) I made this decision based upon speaking with some administrators.  It seems as though the LEO program has a very high rate of admitting studentss(the woman i spoke with said last year they took 13/16).  It also seems like they actually want you to do well.  So that was encouraging. I wish you the best of luck in whatever you choose to do! :D

In response to everything....well, I really havent been accepted to better schools...all the schools I have been accepted to are in the fourth tier...this is my first offer( I guess you could call it) in the first tier! :)  I was happily shocked when i got the letter from SH to participate in LEO program.  In order to be accepted into this program, I had to apply in the disadvantaged applicant screening committee.  If you applied this way, you had to show if you had an educational or economic disadvantage and explain why this might have had an impact on your application (i.e. large discrepancy between GPA and LSAT score).  From here, I will take law classes this summer and ultimately the committee reasesses me (in light of my academic performance) and decides if I am academically sound enough to handle law school at seton hall. hope this helps..

uhh well looks like its been a good thing for me- applying to so many schools.  Nice to have options...i think we all agree on that? regardless, with deadlines rapidly approaching I think many of us also agree that it is unfair for schools to hold out on a decision when you have been complete since october. :)
