Well everyone I am 99% sure I am going to Miami...once again. Thanks for all the advice, I have thought it over and have realized that Miami is a great fit for me. And I could never see myself cheering for the Noles. By the way Calikate, I drive an SUV, what do you mean I cant rent? Krambho, I am still in, let me know what you find.

Well I have a bit of a problem...I was accepted at FSU, now I am torn over where to go. I really like Miami, but its so expensive. Coming from out of state I know I am going to be paying through the nose for the first year, but that $7,500 a year for 2nd and 3rd sure do look nice at FSU. Its so hard for me to decide, I find myself trying to convince myself to go to Miami, but then the money and ranking thing seems to come back up. I really want to do sports law, and I know that Miami is the place, but its just so hard to decide. If anyone has any opinions I am all ears.

Hey I just checked out Citi Bank and got prime + .5%, are there any hidden costs, this seems like a pretty good rate after getting Access group to give me LIBOR + 3.75.

Where should I go next fall? / Re: sports law

While I agree with most of everyones comments, I must say that you are wayyyyyy off when you say that a law degree means nothing. First off, you really cant get a degree in "sports law," you can take some classes and get a better appreciation for it. A JD also gets your foot in the door faster then a BA or BS does. If you really want to be an agent a JD IS the way to go, the reason is you are of more value to a sports agency. I have my choice of 3 sports agencys to intern at next summer, and a big reason why my resume got a look was becasue I am going to law school. I have to agree with everyone else, experience is HUGE, get out there, work for free, pay your dues. But make sure you work hard.

See my boss gives me a "promotion" which to him means more work for me, and no extra money..... oh well my last day is Friday, and today I snuck out and got in 18 holes at the local course.
